Who We Are

30 Years in the Trade. One Electrician on Every Job.

Mike DiNinno is the owner and operator of Mike DiNinno Electric, LLC. A native of Ringwood, New Jersey, Mike graduated from DePaul High School in Wayne, NJ in 1981 and went on to serve his country as a U.S. Navy veteran, receiving an Honorable Discharge in 1987.

Mike began his electrical career in the Navy, receiving training in Basic Electronics, Electricity, and Electronic Technology. After his service, he continued his training at Passaic County Vocational School in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial electrical systems, and has never stopped learning since.

From apprentice to wireman to journeyman to supervisory roles, Mike worked his way up through the trade over decades before earning his New Jersey Electrical Contractor's License in 2013. That same year, he launched Mike DiNinno Electric, LLC.

Mike is centrally located in Clifton, New Jersey, with easy access to all major highways, allowing him to service clients across multiple counties throughout the state. He is known for taking the time to walk through each project with the customer, asking the right questions, understanding their needs, and making design suggestions, from the right lighting layout to the exact color temperature that creates the ambiance they're looking for.

He lives in Clifton with his wife, Eileen. He has four daughters and two grandsons, and when he's not on a job, you'll likely find him on a fishing boat or playing video games with his grandsons.

Mike began his electrical career in the U.S. Navy as an Electronic Technician, then continued his training in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. After decades in the field and earning his Electrical Contractor's License, he launched Mike DiNinno Electric, LLC in 2013. With over 30 years of experience, Mike brings a personal touch to every project, treating each home or business with care, precision, and respect.
